Here's a quick summary of each program so you can compare each one.

Fluid - Level One

12 Weeks

Goals: Improve general flexibility, Strength in end ranges

Difficulty Level: Beginner - Advanced

Features: 

  • Dynamic stretches, PNF stretching, Static stretches, Strength training,

  • Equipment needed Theraband and minimal weights

  • 3 x Per Week - 15 - 30 min workouts

Expected Outcomes: Improved Strength & flexibility

Fluid - Level Two

12 Weeks

Goals: Improve specific flexibility requirements; pancake, bridge, splits. Strength in end ranges.

Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Features: 

  • Dynamic stretches, PNF stretching, Static stretches, Strength training,

  • Equipment needed Theraband and minimal weights

  • 3 x Per Week - 15 - 30 min workouts

Expected Outcomes: Improved Strength & flexibility

Made to Move

13 Weeks

Goals: Improve Flexibility, Strength & Fitness with minimal equipment

Difficulty Level: Beginner - Advanced

Features:

  • Equipment needed - minimal weights, DB, KB, Bands

  • 3 - 6 x Per Week - 30 - 45 mins

  • Functional Exercises

Expected Outcomes: Improved strength & flexibility and fitness

Glutes & Core

13 Weeks

Goals: Grow glute muscle size, define and tone core

Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Features: 

  • Strength & Hypertrophy style training

  • Commercial Gym or Well equipped home gym

  • 3 x Per Week - 45 mins

Expected Outcomes: Larger glutes, strong and defined core

Strong & Fit

13 Weeks

Goals: Full Body Strength & Fitness

Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced

  • Traditional strength style training

  • Commercial Gym or Well equipped home gym

  • 3 - 5 x Per Week - 45 mins - 1 hour

Expected Outcomes: All over strength and tone, baseline fitness

Athlete

13 Weeks

Goals: Be preapred for movement artisty and athletic performance

Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Features: 

  • Strength training - Unilateral & Bilateral & Endurance

  • Plyometric and power based training

  • Sprint Training - Acceleration, Top end speed, Deceleration

  • 3 - 5 x Per Week - 1 hour

Expected Outcomes: Better resilience and physical preparedness for athletic sports or movement artistry
