I decided to create this guide because in my own personal health journey and what I see in many others is these factors can sometimes be more important than the person’s diet, or exercise regime.
I completely stand by this comment. In my opinion if a person is not sleeping, resting, learning how to deal with stress or taking care of themselves, for whatever reason, adding changes to their exercise routine (more stress) or changing their eating habits will not only not work, but will take them further away from their desired goal. I’ve learnt this the hard way.
I share my thoughts and knowledge around these topics because it’s so important and has been integral to healing my health and total wellbeing. Not only for the health of your body but your mental wellbeing too.
