During the Initial consultation we discuss your goals, perform some fitness, flexibility and strength tests and then make a plan.
Personalised Sessions
After seeing your body in motion I can create a tailored workout plan for you. I'll help you with nutrition and lifestyle factors too if you're looking for that.
Monthly Reviews
After every block of training we can review where you're at before programming the next block of training.
