Mission

It's my mission to make exercise enjoyable and easily integrated into busy lives. To give you all the resources you need to achieve the goals you set.
We are made to move not stay stuck or unconnected to our bodies. I want to help you find your own flexible, and freeing exercise & movement style.

The Hummingbird

The hummingbird represents the idea of responding to life with joy and lightness, and a quickness and ease adapting to new environments.

 

I hope everyone who encounters this brand can find joy through movement and a healthy lifestyle. That it can be flexible and work with them and their ever changing lives. 


Exercise and nutrition or 'being healthy' should not be a burden or a chore; it should be fun and bring a lightness to your step.

Hello

My name is Catherine Coker

My background as a dancer and all-round fitness enthusiast has been built on the love of moving, and the way living a healthy life makes me feel.
My passion is empowering others to find the same freedom and joy while taking care of their bodies. I have a diverse background in many movement disciplines. Dance, sports, martial arts and weight lifting. I like to draw from these to help my clients have a well rounded approach to their physical capabilities.

I've created a life based around my passions. I'm a performing artist and currently up-skilling and training in the stunt world. 
 

I love spending time outdoors, with family and friends.
